# Platform subscriptions

Your Adrasis Console subscription covers your organization's platform access, included capacity, and agreed support. Adrasis records your terms in the order form and handles your onboarding.

**Price = platform base fee + one agreed booking outcome fee + any separately agreed additional services.**

## Platform prices

| Plan | Monthly base | Annual prepayment | Monthly equivalent when paid annually | Included users |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------: | ----------------: | ------------------------------------: | --------------: |
| Standard   |                                      USD 500 |         USD 4,800 |                               USD 400 |        Up to 10 |
| Pro        |                                    USD 1,000 |         USD 9,600 |                               USD 800 |        Up to 25 |
| Enterprise | [Contact sales](/console/request-a-quote.md) |      Agreed quote |                          Agreed quote | Agreed capacity |

Prices apply to your organization. Adding a user within the included limit does not add a license fee. Contact Adrasis to agree the capacity you need if your team or distribution activity exceeds your current package.

The base fee is payable even in a month with no bookings. It is added to the selected outcome fee. A Standard month with no bookings costs USD 500 before any separately agreed services or applicable taxes.

## Enterprise

Enterprise is quoted for your team's size, booking and search volume, connection network, and integration or support requirements. These criteria apply to travel agencies, online travel agencies, and tour operators. For example, we may discuss:

* How many people will use Console, and what monthly booking and search volume do you expect?
* Which sales channels, channel managers, and supply partners do you need to connect?
* Do you need a specific integration or support outside business hours?

Approximate figures are enough to begin. [Contact Adrasis for an Enterprise quote](/console/request-a-quote.md).

## Booking outcome fees

Your outcome agreement selects one of these bases:

| Basis                | What you pay                                                                                                               |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Booking value | The explicit rate in your agreement applied to eligible booking value. Each amount stays in its source currency. |
| Fulfilled room-night | USD 1 for each accommodation room and local night actually fulfilled. Two rooms over three fulfilled nights produce USD 6. |

The standard booking-value tariff is:

| Plan       | Basis points (BPS) |   Percentage | Per thousand |
| ---------- | -----------------: | -----------: | -----------: |
| Standard   |                 35 |        0.35% |          3.5 |
| Pro        |                 20 |        0.20% |            2 |
| Enterprise |       Agreed quote | Agreed quote | Agreed quote |

Booking value means the recorded sale amount of eligible confirmed booking items. Your agency's profit and the amount collected from a customer do not determine this fee. Accepted cancellations and value adjustments correct the original outcome fee under its recorded terms.

For example, Bodrum Travel uses Standard and records USD 100,000 of eligible confirmed booking value and 300 fulfilled room-nights in one month:

| Agreed basis | Outcome fee | Total with monthly base |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------: | ------------------------------: |
| Booking value        | USD 100,000 × 0.35% = USD 350 | USD 500 + USD 350 = **USD 850** |
| Fulfilled room-night |         300 × USD 1 = USD 300 | USD 500 + USD 300 = **USD 800** |

These are two alternative agreements for the same activity. You agree the basis in advance; Adrasis does not choose the cheaper result for each booking or charge both. The examples exclude additional services and applicable taxes.

Your accepted outcome agreement records the selected basis and explicit rate. These standard rates do not rewrite existing agreements or historical bookings. Changing a package or access setting alone does not change a recorded outcome rate. Annual prepayment leaves the 35 / 20 BPS tariff unchanged; its 20% discount applies only to the platform base.

Only one result is payable for the same activity. The other can appear in [Insights](/console/insights/insights.md) as **Comparison only**. Transfer, tour, and flight activity does not produce a room-night fee; agree an appropriate booking-value or separate product arrangement for those services.

A USD platform base and an EUR booking-value fee remain separate currency lines. The USD price list does not convert booking amounts or outcome fees. Your order form states applicable taxes and any separately agreed settlement terms.

## Included capacity and additional services

Your order form specifies included search volume, production partner accounts, request limits, and support. Monthly bookings and peak-season demand help size the service; a booking forecast is not a separate fee or an automatic booking cap. Search limits state the counting period, sustained request rate, permitted bursts, and maximum concurrent requests. Your order form identifies the units and prices of any additional capacity you purchase. Registering a contact or rotating an access key does not create a new paid partner relationship.

For Partner API access, check the covered operations, account scope, and time window in your connection terms. Several operations can share an account's request allowance; additional credentials or profiles do not add capacity. Use [Insights](/console/insights/insights.md) to review observed channel traffic, errors, and trends as your network grows. Discuss a change with your Adrasis contact before expanding traffic. See [Partner API request limits](/console/distribution/outbound/partner-api-credentials.md#request-limits-and-growth) for the connection details. External providers apply their own limits.

An agreed look-to-book policy measures eligible searches against unique confirmed bookings for the same organization and period. A search allowance and a ratio allowance do not create two charges for the same search. The existing operational indicators in Insights are not an automatic excess-usage tariff.

Adrasis AI Operator usage is included at no additional charge within the existing daily and monthly allowances. There is no automatic token overage charge. Read the [AI Operator overview](/console/adrasis-ai-operator/overview.md) for the usage limits.

## Third-party provider charges

Your organization agrees external connectivity and distribution charges with the relevant provider. Channel manager connections, hotel connectivity, distribution partner APIs, metasearch advertising, and sales channels can carry their own integration, subscription, transaction, commission, or advertising charges. These are outside Adrasis's platform base and booking outcome fees.

For example, if your organization accepts a channel manager's setup fee and per-booking charge, those amounts follow that provider agreement. They do not change Adrasis's agreed 35 or 20 BPS rate. Connecting a provider does not add an automatic Adrasis surcharge or markup. Any separately commissioned Adrasis integration work requires its own accepted scope and price.

## Annual prepayment

Annual prepayment covers twelve months of the platform base at a **20% discount**. For Standard, pay **USD 4,800 upfront** instead of twelve monthly base payments totalling USD 6,000. USD 400 is the monthly equivalent of that prepaid service, not a second monthly charge.

For the booking-value example above, annual payment means USD 4,800 once for the twelve-month base, plus that month's USD 350 outcome fee. You do not pay another USD 400 base fee for the same month.

Booking outcome fees and separately agreed additional consumption are settled monthly in arrears. Annual prepayment does not make usage unlimited or combine twelve monthly allowances into one pool. A different allowance period requires an explicit Enterprise agreement. The 20% discount applies only to the platform base.

Before accepting the order form, review the service dates, renewal, payment terms, and treatment of unused prepaid service on an upgrade or cancellation. Subscription changes apply to the agreed future period; they do not reprice historical booking activity.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Check the agreement and billing document.** An Insights outcome statement is not a complete subscription invoice or proof that an annual payment was collected. Confirm the selected package, service period, and amount due with Adrasis when arranging your subscription.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://adrasis.gitbook.io/console/subscriptions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
